9rules is just about the most popular and the fastest growing blogging network. I have a hunch when their next round of submissions will be.

First let’s take a look at the previous rounds of submissions.

Round 1: April 14, 2005.

Round 2: June 30, 2005.

Round 3: November 14, 2005.

It’s now April. Seems about darn time that submission opens again. And it is almost one year’s anniversary of 9rules.

Another reason I say it’s soon (within a month or so) is because of CSS Reboot. On May 1st, many designers will relaunch their sites. I’m sure there’ll be dozens of sites that’ll amaze and wow everybody, including the people at 9rules. This seems like a great opportunity for 9rules to acquire some blogs with great content and fantastic designs.

And I signed up for CSS Reboot as well.

I’ve always thought Mac OSX would run on my PC first before Windows runs on a Mac. I was way off.

1. First individual system hackers made a howto for installing Windows XP on a Macintosh.
2. Then, Apple, the maker of Macs, released the beta program Boot Camp to dual boot Windows and OSX.
3. And now this company releases a virtual machine for running Windows on OSX.

I am really disappointed in the hackers who are trying to port OSX to PC. Sure, get a Mac, it’ll solve everything. But having Mac hardware means no CPU upgrades, less compatibility with external hardware, and a white box, which doesn’t look good with my furniture.

Arrested Development

This wasn’t exactly the best received TV show, but it surely enlightened me. Although it’s likely that FOX will not continue to produce the show, I’m still a fan. My favorite character is perhaps Tobias Fünke (David Cross). His “I blue myself” cracked me up for days.
